Amplifier Service Level 1
- Thorough inspection of the amp
- Tube Valves check with external tube tester (when applicable)
- Tube Bias check / adjustment (when applicable)
- High and low voltage power supply check (level + ripple)
- Clean and lubricate all potentiometers, connectors and switches
- Check all electrical wiring
- Check solder points and retouch as required
- Mains wiring and grounding points check to minimize hum and ensure safety
- Capacitors inspection ( uF-microfarad and esr-equivalent series resistance value)
Amplifier Service Level 2 (Recap)
Same as Service Level 1 plus replacement of all electrolytic capacitors (recap)
PARTS NOT INCLUDED.
Amplifier Repair
If after Service level 1 there are still faults, we will do a complete troubleshooting to find the root cause and inform you an estimate cost of the repair.
Amplifier Initial Assessment
- Cost 50 AUD.
- Charge for initial inspection/assessment. Price will be waived if quote is approved.
Electric Guitar service and repair
- Truss rod, action and Pickup height check/adjustment
- Thoroughly inspection of electronics.
- Intonation using strobo tuner
